Before joining Refresh, Steven had spent seven years working in the oil and gas industry, where he gained valuable experience in project management and health and safety. But it wasn’t until he had the chance to work on renovating homes for the elderly that he decided to pursue work in the renovation industry.
When looking for his next challenge, Steve found that Refresh’s franchise opportunity offered the best chance to expand his industry knowledge while utilising his expertise. Working with Refresh, his ambition is to foster authentic relationships with homeowners to provide the greatest support throughout their renovation journey.
