A Quantity Surveyor and experienced Project Manager, Tom Kettell moved to Aotearoa from the UK to help rebuild Christchurch in the wake of the earthquakes. Throughout his career in civil construction, Tom has achieved a strong track record of developing successful relationships through a solutions-focused approach to project delivery. In 2021, he was named Civil Contractors New Zealand’s Emerging Leader.
Tom’s experience in both contractual and financial project management, alongside his Master of Business Administration (MBA), enables him to achieve the best possible outcomes for every project. He also understands the value of surrounding himself with exceptional people who share his passion for, and high standards of, quality craftsmanship.
Following a finely-tuned process and focusing on the importance of clear communication, Tom’s skill set and understanding of the renovation industry ensures he and his team consistently exceed client expectations.
